THE STATS:

THE BATTLE:

Zack is the first to call his Pokemon, summoning Typhoon. Tech wants to win this quickly, so he takes out Amidamaru, telling him to attack right away. As soon as the battle starts, the Sceptile is already upon Typhoon with a Leaf Blade, but Zack knows to take his time, calling for Typhoon to continue performing Dragon Dance until he calls another move. Amidamaru jumps around, trying to surprise Typhoon, but the Kingdra is always somehow dodging him; leaning left or right, getting close to the ground, or even using his Dragon Dance to "dance" around Amidamaru's attacks. To Typhoon, this green lizard is nothing more than a pest. Amidamaru jumps back, Tech calling out for him to knock Typhoon off his tail, disabling his movement, and attack from above. Zack tells Typhoon to dodge low, blocking the attack, but Amidamaru easily moves and slices Typhoon down. Zack quickly tells Typhoon to use Outrage, just as Amidamaru leaps and swings his blades.

With several Dragon Dances backed up, Typhoon is now much faster, and his eyes change to an eerie red as he swerves his body around and flings his tail up, catching Amidamaru straight in the chest. The Sceptile flies back, stunned, but only briefly. Tech realizes this battle will end badly for him unless he finishes it now, so he orders Amidamaru to use Frenzy Plant. Amidamaru roars, glowing green, and stops his foot on the ground just as Typhoon gets back up, eyes still red. Roots shoot out from the ground and swing madly in all directions, destroying the battlefield and throwing Typhoon around.

All is quiet- Typhoon is on the ground, still; Amidamaru is panting and weak from the excerpt of power. Just before the ref. calls the match, however, Typhoon shifts and shoots upward, entire body encased in the same red glow. The attack only seemed to make Typhoon more angry, as his Dragon-type helped him take the attack well. He charges, and slams Amidamaru at least a foot into the wall behind him. He backs off, the glow fading, and he bounces around, confused but okay. Amidamaru, however, breaks from the wall and falls to the ground, eyes dull.

OUTCOME:

Amidamaru: Fainted
Typhoon: Confused

TRAINER ZACK WINS.

...

Um...I'm going to be doing this ^ from now on. I know it probably doesn't count to include base stats and such, as the League seems to be somewhere between the Manga and the Game, but I just feel...better having them there. I don't know. XD _{Besides, what would the point of Amnesia and Dragon Dance and such be without stats?}

I'm referencing to Base Stats because I have NO idea what Typhoon's stats would look like, and I don't know Amidamaru's. And Sceptiles are not the fastest things out there. They're #16 on the list of top 100 fastest Pokemon [link] (of course, my Syrena, the Crobat, ties in at #9 with several others... 8D )

Nayways, let me explain the scruff on the ground around the Pokemon. Because the two of them have been moving around a lot, I thought the ground would be all shifted around and messed up and such. Yeah.

You know, this battle is fun to imagine with the song "Dance in the Dark" by Lady Gaga playing. And I wanted to draw Tech, so I shall do that before this round is over.
